- Built the Adamftd platform and Admin Panel from scratch, owning the front-end architecture, project structure, tooling, and core conventions from day one.
- Built and maintained a library of 50+ reusable, well-tested UI components, standardizing patterns across Adamftd and its Admin Panel and cutting new-feature development time.
- Designed and built an independent developer documentation portal with Next.js, giving the team a single source of truth for component usage, props, and API references.
- Developed UI/UX to match Figma designs with high performance.

- Built an independent Report Service with NestJS and Postgres stacks
- Reduced initial load time by code-splitting, lazy-loading, and memoizing expensive renders across the Adamftd dashboard.
